Google Workspace: Everything starts with your Google Workspace login.

Apple ID: Once you have your Google Workspace login, you’ll need to create an Apple ID with your @stellic.com email address and then sync that Apple ID to your Stellic laptop to.

You’ll be invited to these systems via. your Stellic email or have access based on Google SSO.

Payroll & Benefits

SequoiaOne: The platform we use for Payroll and Benefits Enrollment.

Guideline: This is our 401K administrator.

Carta: Our equity management platform, where we track employee equity and handle option exercises.

Communication & Collaboration

Gmail: Primarily for connecting with people outside the company.

Slack: For internal chats across teams, we also connect to key external partners that we communicate with on a daily basis.

Notion: Our knowledge base where we store and organize key info (often linked with Google Drive).

Google Drive: Central repository for files.

Google Calendar: Our go-to tool for scheduling and managing meetings, keeping everyone aligned across time zones.

Zoom: Our main platform for virtual meetings.

Chorus: Records meetings so we can review and share insights.

Asana: Manages projects for Product and Ops teams.

Monday.com: New project management tool launching for our Partner Success team.

Vitally: Our platform for tracking customer health, engagement, and success metrics, to help us drive toward a 70 NPS.

Lattice: Where you can find our org chart and how we take engagement surveys.

Secureframe: Keeps our teams up-to-date on security training and how we monitor security/device compliance.

Checkr: Used to handle background checks for new team members.

Brex: This is our virtual credit card provider for handling expenses.
