Primary Ecosystem

• Google Workspace: Everything starts with your Google Workspace login. You’ll get this log in on your first day.
• Apple ID: Once you have your Google Workspace login, you’ll need to activate your Stellic AppleID through the invite you receive in your email. You’ll sync that Apple ID to your Stellic laptop.

Apps and Software

You’ll be invited to these systems via your Stellic email or have access based on Google SSO.

HR, Payroll & Benefits

• Rippling: The platform we use for Payroll and Benefits Enrollment for our US employees. We also use Rippling for other HR functions, like requesting time off, viewing our org chart, conducting employee surveys, and managing performance reviews across the organization.
  • You can access additional benefits information like how to access our Employee Assistance Program (EAP).
• Guideline: This is our 401K administrator.
• Carta: Our equity management platform, where we track employee equity and handle option exercises. Note: you won’t have a log in until grants are issued, this is done every 3-4 months.

Security

• Rippling MDM: Device management for our company done via Rippling.
• Secureframe: Keeps our teams up-to-date on security training.
• Checkr: Used to handle background checks for new team members.

Communication & Collaboration

• Gmail: Primarily for connecting with people outside the company.
• Slack: For internal chats across teams. We also connect to key external partners that we communicate with on a daily basis.
• Notion: Our knowledge base where we store and organize key info (often linked with Google Drive).
• Google Drive: Central repository for files.
• Google Calendar: Our go-to tool for scheduling and managing meetings, keeping everyone aligned across time zones.
• Zoom: Our main platform for virtual meetings.
• Call recording software: We use several tools for recording calls. Most teams use Fathom, and our Partnerships team uses Gong.
• Brex: This is our virtual credit card provider for handling expenses.
• Ashby: Applicant tracking system
• Hubspot: Our CRM platform for marketing and sales.
• Vitally: Our platform for tracking customer health, engagement, and success metrics, to help us drive toward a 70 NPS.
• Linear: Our product management platform.
• Monday.com: Project management tool for our Partner Success team.
