1. Sponsor and Administrator

Sponsor and Administrator: Stellic, Inc., a Delaware corporation with its principal place of business at 400 S El Camino Real, Suite 650, San Mateo, CA 94401 (“Stellic,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). The Competition is self-hosted by Stellic on its own competition website; no third-party competition administrator is used.

2. Dates and Timing

All times are in U.S. Eastern Time. Stellic’s clock is the official timekeeping device for the Competition. Dates are working targets and may be adjusted by Stellic at any time; material changes will be communicated to registered participants.

• Registration Period: July 13th, 2026; remains open through the Submission Deadline.
• Submission Period: July 20th, 2026; closes August 21, 2026 at 11:59 p.m. ET (the “Submission Deadline”).
• Judging Period: Approximately two weeks following the Submission Deadline.
• Finalist & Category Winner Announcement: Early September 2026.
• Summit Live Presentations & Grand Prize Announcement: Late September 2026 at Stellic’s Partner Summit.

3. Eligibility

3.1 Who May Enter

The Competition is open to individuals who, as of the date of entry:

• are at least eighteen (18) years of age or the age of majority in their jurisdiction of residence, whichever is greater;
• are currently enrolled as a student at an accredited college, university, or other post-secondary institution; and
• are legal residents of the United States, Canada, Mexico, or Australia.

Both undergraduate and graduate students are eligible. Students at Stellic partner institutions and at non-partner institutions are equally eligible.

3.2 Who May Not Enter

The Competition is NOT open to:

• current or former (within the prior twelve (12) months) employees, officers, directors, contractors, or consultants of Stellic, its parent, subsidiaries, affiliates, or agencies;
