Curiosity: strives to understand (1) the why behind the decisions, (2) the people and their behavior (3) first principles behind the systems, processes and the platform.
Growth Mindset: adopts the Growth Mindset (as defined by Carol Dweck in a popular book). Carol best defines Growth mindset in contrast with Fixed Mindset.
Humility: leads with openness without ego; titles and hierarchy don’t matter in discussions - ideas and persuasions do.
